General Description: FDC Series 2905/2955 This is a premium high tack flexible calendered vinyl with a specially formulated tight release adhesive. This product is ideal for small character lettering and will remove cleanly after most mild baking curing cycles Colors: Available in a matte yellow. Thickness: 4.4 mil. With adhesive Surface/Finish: Flexible, matte white and matte yellow. Application Surface: Flat or simple curves. Adhesive: Clear acrylic removable pressure-sensitive adhesive with a tight release Liner: 78# Bleached Kraft. Dimensional Stability: Good. Less than. 15in. Determined by measuring shrinkage of film applied to 36?sq aluminum test panel after 72 hrs at 73º F and 50 +/- 5% R.H. followed by 48 hrs at 150º. Typical Adhesion Values: 180º Peel test displays a 2.2lbs/in release value when applied to a stainless steel substrate for 24hrs. (Tested per ASTMD 1000.) Tensile at Yield: 4.0lb/in to 8.0lb/in Elongation: 100% minimum Durability: Face film is durable up to two years interior applications only Removability: Clean removal from most OEM surfaces when removed promptly after the painting and curing cycles. Note: Always test the suitability of this product for your specific use prior to production scale-up. Chemical Resistance: Resistant to most mild acids, alkalies and salt solutions. Service Temp Range: White: -40°F to 176°F (Reasonable range of temperatures which would be expected under normal environmental time and temperature conditions) Yellow: -40º F to +200º F. Yellow Paint Mask is able to withstand mild paint baking cycles up to +200º F. Minimum App Temp: 40∞F Shelf Life: 1 year when stored at temperatures under 73∞F and 50% R.H.
