General Description: FDC Series 3801/3851 This product is a premium quality, brilliant flexible, vinyl
film, designed primarily for use in a variety of decorative decals, computer-cut
letter and numbers, product identification and accent striping applications
Colors: Available in a variety of opaque solid colors. Call your FDC sales representative

Thickness: 2 mil. w/adhesive 3.5 mil
Surface/Finish: High gloss, premium, cast vinyl film.
Application Surface: Flat, or simple curves.
Adhesive: Permanent, acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive.
Adhesion: 180∞Peel
Substrate 1min. 15min. 24hrs.
Stainless Steel 2.5lb/in 3.lb/in. 4.0lb/in.
Note: Always pretest material on your specific substrate.

Dimensional Stability: 0.015 shrinkage determined by measuring shrinkage of unprinted film applied to
6? x 6? aluminum test panel after 72 hours aging at 73º F and 50 % R.H. .
Outdoor Durability: 5 years when properly processed and applied (vertical exposure, unprinted film).
Chemical Resistance: Resistant to most petroleum based oils, greases and aliphatic solvents. Resistant
to mild acids, alkalies and salts.
Service Temp. Range: -50°F to 180°F (Reasonable range of temperatures which would be expected
under normal environmental time and temperature conditions).
Minimum App Temp: + 45∞F
Shelf Life: 1 year when stored at temperatures under 73∞F and 50% R.H.
