General Description: FDC Series 2409/2459 Reflective vinyl films are utility grade, glass beaded lens
retro-reflective that renders retro-reflectivity at night. This product is for use on
non- engineer grade signage markings. This product is highly resistant to the
extremes of hot, cold, dry, and humid weathering conditions.
Optical Properties: Meets or exceeds applicable requirements ASTM?D-4956-99.
Colors: Available in a variety of colors. Call your FDC sales rep for a color selection
guide.
Thickness: Face film = 5.9mil. Film with adhesive = 6.9mil.
Application Surface: Flat and simple curves. WET APPLICATON IS NOT RECOMMENDED. Wet
application will invalidate warranty.

Shelf life: One year when stored at temperatures under 73°F (23°C) and 50 +/-5% R.H.
Outdoor Durability: Up to 5 years when properly processed and applied (vertical exposure,
unprinted film).
Service Temp Range: -40°F to +180°F (-40°C to 82°C) (Reasonable range of temperatures which
would be expected under normal environmental time and temperature
conditions.

Printability: Screen-Printable. Not recommended for E-Static Printing or Ink Jet.
