General Description:
FDC Series 1200/1250 Clear Window Film is a
perforated flexible calendared film that
incorporates a unique positionable, blackpigmented
adhesive for use one-way vision
panels. Graphics printed on this material are
visible from the front and invisible from the
back when mounted on window.
Colors: Clear
Thickness: Face Film 3.2 mil. Film with adhesive 4.4mil.
Application Surface: Glass
Adhesive: Positionable, permanent black pressure
sensitive
180° Peel
Adhesion: Substrate 24hrs.
Glass 4.0lbs/in
Note: Always pretest on specific substrate.
Chemical Resistance: Resistant to most mild acids, alkalies and salt
solutions.
Liner: 94# Stay Flat Liner with or without clear back
laminate.
Dimensional Stability: Good. Determined by measuring shrinkage of
film applied to 6?x6? aluminum test panel after
72hrs. aging at 73°F/50% R.H. followed by
48hrs. at 150°F.
Outdoor Durability: 3 years, when properly processed and applied
(vertical exposure on unprinted material).
