Using the Fresnel Lens principle this product creates the effect of three- dimensional
look. 2827/2857 series resists most marring, scratching and staining agents.

Applications: Flat and simple curves.
Adhesive: 0.9 general purpose clear permanent pressure sensitive
Liner: 78lb. # for Kraft/ 90# for screen printers
Substrate Preparation:
Lean as much as you can about the substrate or paint system, since each surface and
paint formulation is different. (As a rule, allow a paint system to dry for one week
before graphics installation. Cure time can vary depending on the ambient
temperature and humidity.) It is very important to properly clean the substrate
according to the product application instructions
Cutting and Weeding: Excellent.
Flammability: UL94 classified as v-0 (self-extinguishing in less than 10 seconds)
Outdoor Durability: UP to 5 years, when properly processed and applied (vertical exposure, unprinted
film).
Shelf Life: 1 year, when stored under 73°F and 50% relative humidity.
Printability: This product is screen printable using vinyl screen inks, thermal transfer systems,
solvent based ink jet printers and hot foil stamp devices. Always test printing
technique prior to production.
Cutting: Optimal cutting pressures vary depending on plotter type and blade sharpness.
Typical pressure is between 135 and 165 grams. Using a 60° blade will reduce blade
drag when cutting fine detail.
